I need to learn sign language..
We brought our little guy home last night..what a bundle of excitement. The only thing is since he's deaf, he has no idea what is going on I think. He just runs around with boundless energy..non stop..all...of ..the..time...sigh. Hopefully tonight will be a bit better as he adjusts to his new home and environment. I love him already. He still has no name. One thing is we need to learn sign language for him quick!

So on the training front..I SUCK..THE END...okay, I may run tonight..but I still SUCK!!! Too much work, not enough hours in the day.

Dogs respond well to signs (official sign language or whatever you make up), and border collies are sooo smart. You can also get his attention by stomping on the floor or banging on the wall (we had a deaf cat.)
