My super awesome training weekend to come..

I leave at 4 here to head out to camp. It's a coached tri-camp that I did last year and had a blast. Friday we do a pedaling practice, then an efficiency running test. Saturday it's a 30 minute aerobic trail run, a 56 mile bike ride, open water swim clinic, pool stroke development and video underwater assessment. Sunday it's another 50min aerobic run, bricks of 2 x 3.6 miles bike/run. Stretching sessions, pool stroke development, open water swimming, go HOME!!! I'll post pics later as I have them...oh happy weekend...:))


  1. That sounds awesome! Boot camp! I'll be thinking of you while I'm hiking! (Just took a break from it to bike and run.)

  2. I need a camp like that, training alone gets boring, how much would it be training along with people
