I leave at 4 here to head out to camp. It's a coached tri-camp that I did last year and had a blast.
Friday we do a pedaling practice, then an efficiency running test.
Saturday it's a 30 minute aerobic trail run, a 56 mile bike ride, open water swim clinic, pool stroke development and video underwater assessment.
Sunday it's another 50min aerobic run, bricks of 2 x 3.6 miles bike/run. Stretching sessions, pool stroke development, open water swimming, go HOME!!!
